Many thanks to everyone who supported us today at the Kintyre Agricultural Show and well done to all those who won a bottle of anything from ketchup to malt whisky!
Congratulations to Hilary Lord who won the £100 lucky squares. Here's Hilary being presented with her winnings by South Kintyre Development Trust chair, Robert Kidd. Also pictured are trust members, Jason McCallum and Liz McCrindle, oh and a certain farmer, unwittingly photo bombing!

Last chance today folks to catch the Town Hall Art Collective Exhibition. It has been a huge success with many of you visiting yesterday. Massive thanks to Eilidh Anderson of Solasta Lumière for all her hard work organising the event. Please note, as the exhibition has been so popular, we are extending today's opening time till 5pm. Into that big choir sound? Then here's a couple of excellent upcoming events at Campbeltown Town Hall. Firstly, Kintyre Chorale are holding a sing-a-long concert on Thu 21st May in aid of South Kintyre Development Trust and the Robert Black Memorial Helipad. On Sat 6th June it's the turn of the Upbeats and A'Choired with their concert in aid of the Scottish Air Ambulance. Two brilliant nights for you to look forward to whilst supporting worthy causes. 🎶
