Congratulations to Miss Lucy on receiving our Sunshine Award at this year’s showcase! ☀️✨

This award couldn’t have gone to a more deserving person. Lucy’s bubbly personality and infectious energy light up the room every single week, and she always manages to bring a smile to everyone’s face. She is absolutely hilarious, and her sense of fun makes every class that little bit brighter.

Alongside her wonderful personality, Lucy works incredibly hard and always gives her best effort. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn make her a pleasure to teach, and it has been lovely to watch her continue to grow and develop.

Congratulations to Miss Georgi on receiving our Rising Star Award at this year’s showcase! ⭐

This award holds a very special place in my heart, as it is presented in memory of my Gran, my best friend and number one supporter🦋 It is always awarded to someone who embodies the values she held so dearly, and Georgi is a truly deserving recipient.

Georgi is one of the kindest souls you could meet. She is always willing to help the younger children, is a wonderful friend and teammate to everyone around her, and brings such warmth and positivity to our dance family.

One of the most rewarding things to watch has been her growth in confidence, both on and off the stage. She has blossomed into a strong, self-assured young lady, and it has been fantastic to see her shine more brightly with every passing year.

I am extremely proud of you and all that you have achieved. Keep being the kind, caring, and determined person that you are. You truly are a rising star🩶✨

Congratulations to Miss Lacie on receiving our Most Promising Senior Dancer Award at this year’s showcase! 🌟

What an incredible year it has been for Lacie! From gaining the lead role in the Royal Conservatoire’s most recent production, to securing a place at her dream Musical Theatre college, and soon taking to the stage at the opening ceremony in Glasgow, her hard work and dedication are truly paying off.

Alongside these amazing achievements, one of the most wonderful things to witness has been the immense growth in her confidence. She has blossomed into a talented, determined performer who embraces every opportunity with passion and professionalism.

I am beyond proud of everything you have achieved Lacie and so excited to see where your journey takes you next. The future is incredibly bright for you!! Please don’t forget me when you’re rich and famous🤣

Riah dances her socks off every single week and always gives 100% in class. She listens intently, applies every correction, and approaches her training with dedication and determination.

Alongside her hard work, Riah brings so much fun and laughter to MDA. She is a wonderfully energetic, fun loving girl who lights up every class she attends. Watching her grow into a beautiful technical dancer has been a pleasure, and I am are incredibly proud of how far she has come.

What an incredible weekend celebrating our annual Millennium Dance Academy showcase, Millennium In Motion 🩶

Watching our dancers take to the stage and perform with such confidence, passion and joy was truly special. The growth over the past year has been phenomenal, not only in their dancing abilities but also in their confidence, resilience and belief in themselves. I really couldn’t be prouder🥹

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this show such a success:

🏛️ The staff at Eastfield Community Centre for being so welcoming, accommodating and supportive throughout the entire weekend.

❤️ My amazing family and friends who worked tirelessly on the door, ran the tuck shop and helped look after our dancers backstage.

🌟 Our fabulous dance parents for your endless support, encouragement and trust throughout the year. We simply couldn’t do it without you.

And finally, a massive WELL DONE to all of my wonderful MDA students. You absolutely outdid yourselves and should be so proud of everything you achieved on that stage. Your hard work, dedication and commitment shone through in every performance. 💫
