Day 11: of the 25 day Mindful March challenge!
I've taken on this challenge to support MIND charity and to raise awareness for mental health, anxiety and depression.

I may not be as supple and as fluid as I used to be as a professional, but my heart still sings when I can move freely and improvise to inspiring music. In my minds eye, I am everything I used to be and more.
