Happy New Year old and new Community VOX singers! What better way to start the new year than with a singing sessions to lift your mood!

There's an increasing amount of evidence that singing releases endorphins, serotonin and dopamine – the 'happy' chemicals that boost your mood and make you feel good about yourself. 🎶🎵😮💕😃

So come along to East Barnwell Community Centre, Newmarket Rd, CB5 8RS, on 19th January, 3pm - 5pm, and see what exciting things Helen has in store for us!😀
