Our Adult Fitness Class is BACK this Monday! 🙌🏼

A fun, friendly workout designed to get you moving, feeling stronger and feeling GOOD — with a mix of:

💪🏼 Strength & conditioning
🔥 Cardio
🏋🏼‍♀️ Full-body exercises
⚡ Fitness & endurance
✨ And plenty of motivation!

Whether you’re already active or haven’t exercised in a while, everyone is welcome. No judgement, no pressure — just a great workout with a lovely group of people.
