Well Excited to present the first of our window installations, Kiss It Better by .ea
The work is made from 800 plasters. Maddie says “The plaster patterns mimic the patterns made by sand raking in zen gardens. In this practice, sand represents water and is read as the metaphorical journey on the ‘river of life’. Here, the plasters point to the idea that life is just an ongoing series of lessons. Finding problems, making problems, being the problem. And life is just to fix things as you go along.”
