ABOUT CAMERATA MUSICA CAMBRIDGE

Camerata Musica Cambridge exists to bring new - and, in particular, young - audiences to classical music. It offers its audience the opportunity to hear some of the greatest masterpieces of the Western musical canon in performances by interpreters of international distinction. It is the only concert programme in the country that reserves fully half its seats for students and those under 25, and makes these available either free or at generously subsidized prices.

Few artists have been more warmly received by the Camerata Musica audience than the pianists Lucas and Arthur Jussen, who have just completed a European tour with the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig under Andris Nelsons. Photographed here at their final concert of the tour in Europe’s loveliest concert hall, the Musikverein in Vienna.

The brothers return to Cambridge for in the autumn to give the opening concert of the 2025/26 Camerata Musica Season.
