I am absolutely delighted to share that Miss Karen has been awarded Affiliate Teacher Status with following an intensive training course in London and six months of webinars, professional development and assessment.

This has been an inspiring and rigorous journey, deepening my understanding of how and why students learn, and further strengthening my commitment to delivering the highest quality ballet training.

The Royal Ballet School’s Affiliate Training and Assessment Programme is rooted in the School’s ethos and expertise. It places students at the centre of a truly holistic approach.

For our students, this will mean developing a strong classical foundation and mastering ballet vocabulary, while also growing in creativity, musicality and appreciation of ballet as an art form.

I am incredibly proud to be part of this forward-thinking network of teachers and to bring this approach to my students.
