I’m very excited to announce this fantastic collaboration between myself and the lovely managers of Bohemia in St Neots, that takes place on the 8th August from 4:30pm onwards. I will provide the painting fun, whilst the staff; chefs and managers will provide the food and drinks. It’s going to be such a fun afternoon/evening. Book your space early to avoid disappointment 🥰 This will truly be an experience that you won’t forget! Come with friends, your other half, complete strangers lol 😂 and paint each other as the Mona Lisa 😂 🎤😎👩‍🎨🍕🎨🥗🎉. There will be prizes for the best and least best painting, best and least best singing 🎵, best moves etc. It’s going to be so much fun and lots of photos taken to truly remember this amazing evening. This will be the first of many similar events, so watch this space!

I’ve been a bit quiet recently as I have been super busy getting ready for my first craft fair on Monday. It was a sudden turn around as I had only donated a creative art kit as a raffle prize. The next thing I know, I’m being offered a stall! This all happened earlier this week.

I only had 4 kits made up. I’ve had to come up with new designs, paint them, create step-by-step visual and written guides, make up all of the paint kits. These are a selection of my new designs.

I’m making other products today, which I will reveal tomorrow and then I’ve got to add all of these new products to my website! Oh, and then I’ve got to make all of the price lists up, posters and start putting everything in my car - gazebo, weights, table, chairs, display stands, kits, products.

So much to do and so little time as I have a bbq 🍗 to attend tomorrow, which will take up most of the day…

One of my new art kits. Watercolour this time. You get a step by step visual, with prompt guide, all materials, a pre-sketched watercolour sheet, a set of watercolours (I used the ones that you get with the kit, to create this). It includes brushes, palette, napkin, wall fixing and a treat. There are loads more designs about to be uploaded to www.brush-n-banter.co.uk

Great evening with these lovely ladies. A watercolour workshop , starting with techniques and then using some of the techniques in a quick painting. You should have heard some of the oohs and ahs, each time they tried another technique! They were literally drooling over the iridescent medium lol 😂. Next month, we are tackling skies and water! It’s going to be lots of fun. You should come along and give it a try. These girls did not expect to get a painting done by the end of the evening, but they all achieved it. Well done girls.
