Cambridge midsummer fair and market 2026
Wednesday 24th June until Sunday 28th June .

We are now taking early bookings for Cambridge Midsummer Fair Market.
We advise you ringing the office and booking early to avoid disappointment, we had to turn some of you away this year as we were full and could not take anymore bookings.

This Market is run by The Eastern Section of The Showmens Guild

Do not be disappointed book early, this market is growing year on year, new layout for 2025 which will be used for 2026

🔥☀️ The weather is great and we are looking forward to welcoming you to The Cambridge midsummer fair and market we are open today until Sunday.🔥☀️

For anyone who has shown concern the council have now moved their naked bike ride event until August so that it doesn’t clash with our fair.

Tomorrow is the start of us setting out the Ride positions and Market.
Fencing arrives Friday and we Start the pull on Saturday afternoon .

Slowly the site will take shape ready for the opening of the Fair Wednesday 18th June through to Sunday 22nd June

Cheap Night Thursday 19th June All rides £2 exclusions apply

Students if you show your student card you can get £1 off each ride except on Thursday and Sunday

Car Park will open 10am Daily

Crazy Price Sunday sees all,rides £2.00

The fair opens weekdays from 5pm
Sat/sunday 12pm

We have a huge Market this year both ends of the fair, come along and see what’s on offer, baby clothes, Crockery, Mats, Bedding, Towels , Spanish Cleaning Products, Ladies Clothing, Shoes and so much more

Our Seafood Lady Hayley will be on site Daily

We are busy working on Cambrisge Midsummer Fair and Market 2025
18th to 22nd June 2025

Opening Night Wednesday 18th June , The Mayor of Cambridge will officially open the Fair on the Dodgems, come and hear the Historic Proclamation and see the Mayor throwing the traditional pennies into the waiting crowd.

Have a look round our Market where we have children’s clothes, mats, crockery, cleaning products , bags, shoes and much more and then enjoy all the fun of the fair, with thrill rides, children’s rides , side stalls , kiosks selling candy floss, burgers, toffee apples, slush, sweets , donuts, chirios, and much more.

Look for our special offers, Students get special discount on Friday 20th June 2025 by showing their student cards £1 off every ride

Cambridge midsummer fair 2024

This year there are 24 adult rides 20 children’s rides and loads of supporting stalls and attractions.
2024 is the biggest midsummer fair in over a decade if you want to see a bigger fair return we need your support!!!!!
Vote with your feet bring your family and enjoy a night out at this 800 year old fair and keep the tradition going for future generations.
