📣 Food and snacks! please can we keep snacks to a minimum during the sessions and not eat on the mats. I’m spending a lot of time cleaning up food in between and after sessions.

📣Heatwave next week 🥵

I am not a fan of the heat and from past experience back to back sessions kill my menopausal self off!

My plan for next week is to cancel Wednesday 24th mixed ages session!
Refunds will be made today.

The hall stays cool enough for one session with windows open and blinds down.

Baby classes I can open the doors and allow the air to travel through but when the hall has had a lot of bodies in there back to back it holds the heat.

Luckily the sun doesn’t come round to the hall until lunchtime so we will be in the shade for the session 💪

Please keep hydrated we will take it easy lots of parachute play and the floor is super cool 😎

Just one week then it’s gone again 😮‍💨

It’s time for FUN 🤩 yesterday my Friday tribe were on point 👌🏽 they were fully invested in our adventure before we even started 😂 breakdancing while they waited for people to arrive it was the best!
