Join us for an excellent improv workshop with Liron Levin!
Tickets on Eventbrite (link below). LIMIT OF 16 TICKETS. Get them while they are hot!
Wednesday, November 22, 7-10pm GMT
Emmanuel College, St Andrew's St, Cambridge CB2 3AP

From Physicality to Character

Do you find yourself overusing the same 3-4 beaten down characters? Do you always start from your head or idea and forget about your body? In this workshop we will connect with our bodies. We will run around, dance and move in various ways for various reasons. This way we will reverse the order in which we create characters. We will learn how to utilize methods from clowning and physical theatre for our improv. As clowns do, we will enjoy, embrace and celebrate our failures. Instead of thinking of the story or the voice, we will let our body lead us into a journey to enrich our characters and more importantly, the methods in which we create them. How does the wind move? What does a goat look like? How does it feel to be moving from your pinky finger? Join us for a sneak peek into the physical theatre world, and to find out how your body, its pace and rhythm, its natural movement and its sense of adventure could be your best inspiration.

This is a perfect opportunity to learn improv with Liron Levin who is an experienced improviser, clown, performer, actress and improv teacher with over 20 years experience in theatre, and 10 years of improv experience.

For more information on Liron, see website: https://m.facebook.com/liron.levin.35.

Join us for workshop led by Liron Levin to explore physicality and use of our body and space.
