Emma Jolliffe 🕊️
Emma was diagnosed with a brain tumour earlier this year. After a short but incredibly brave fight, she sadly passed away last month.
Emma played rugby for Exeter University, and this shirt carries so many memories of her time there. Earlier this month, her coach wore it while running the Dartmoor Marathon, raising money for Macmillan, who helped ensure Emma was comfortable and surrounded by loved ones in her final days.
Last week, Emma’s dad, Chris, came to us with a simple but powerful vision — to have her shirt framed and displayed at home. We chose a green mount to reflect her team colours, with a yellow trim in honour of Emma’s favourite colour.
We often frame shirts celebrating sporting achievements or favourite players. But this one is different. To Chris, this isn’t just a shirt — it’s his daughter.
We hope this piece brings him comfort, and that Emma’s memory continues to live on, proudly displayed and never forgotten. 💛
