Fairy tales collide in the most chaotic way imaginable!
Goldie Locks isn’t the sweet girl you remember — she’s a cheeky jewel thief on the run from the Big Bad Wolf 🐺 (now reformed and working for the Pantoland Police 🚓). Along the way she meets Snow White, the Wicked Queen, Prince Rupert (hero, cook & bee enthusiast 🐝), and the Three Bears… who are not happy about their porridge being nicked again! 🐻🥣

Expect magic ✨, mayhem 🤪, toe-tapping songs 🎶 and plenty of groan-worthy laughs — classic British panto fun for the whole family!

Goldie Locks 👱🏼‍♀️ isn’t the sweet little girl you remember… she’s a cheeky jewel 💎 thief with a head full of magic hair and a knack for getting into trouble. On the run from the Big Bad Wolf 🐺 - now reformed and working for the Pantoland Police 🚨 Department - she stumbles into a world of familiar faces: Snow White and her seven dwarfs, the Wicked Queen, Prince Rupert (hero, cook, and bee 🐝 enthusiast), and of course the Three Bears, who are less than pleased about their porridge being nicked… again!

With magic 🪄, mayhem, and plenty of mishaps, this hilarious mash-up of classic fairy tales is packed with larger-than-life characters, toe-tapping songs, and the kind of silly fun only a true British panto can deliver.

Will Goldie stay one curl ahead of the law? Will the Queen ever get her “fairest in the land” title back? And can Prince Rupert save the day — or at least make it to curtain call without being eaten by a bear 🐻?

Not long till the box office opens! Watch this space in the next couple of days and get buying those Panto tickets! 🎭

Great rehearsal tonight with both the children’s chorus and those fabulous actors in Act 1. Rupert was flicking his hair, Goldie was shimmering and… well I can’t give too much more away can I? And before you say it “oh no I can’t”!

All I will say is it’s coming together beautifully and even the seasoned and rehearsed professionals were still laughing lots “oh yes they were”

Join the Chorus for This Year’s Pantomime:
Goldie Locks and Some Other Guys

We’re looking for enthusiastic performers to join the chorus for this year’s pantomime!

The chorus will take part in walk-on roles, group songs, and fun dance routines to support the principal cast.

Who can join:
Anyone aged 8 or older who either:
Lives in Cherhill, Lower Compton, or Yatesbury, or
Attends (or previously attended) Cherhill School and has now moved on to secondary school.

So, our final weekend is upon us – tomorrow night heralds the last weekend of Cat on the Fiddle performed by the Cherhill Village Theatre Group.

With temperatures soaring please don’t worry we are working as hard as we can to make it as comfortable for our audience, cast and crew as we possibly can. We have hired Air Conditioning units, and we have handheld paper fans for a donation to our charity this year Doorway project in Chippenham. Add to that donation and purchase one of our programmes as well!

We look forward to welcoming those who have already have their tickets – there are still a few tickets for tomorrow night if you fancy it? We would love to see you!
