A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our first round of Calon Caerffili community events 💛

It was amazing to see so many of you getting involved, sharing ideas and celebrating everything that makes our area so special.

We’ve also been so proud to see the fantastic press coverage following the events, it’s clear how much passion there is for Caerphilly’s future 🙌

As we take the next exciting step, our Town of Culture bid will be submitted this week 🤞✨

The town has launched a bid to become the UK’s first-ever Town of Culture, and local people are being invited to help shape the vision 🧩

Through “Calon Caerffili”, a series of free events and workshops at Y Banc will bring the community together to share ideas and contribute to the bid 🗣️
