Increase Art Guided arts and crafts sessions in Caerphilly Increase Art aims to provide a space for creativity and promote arts and crafts within the community.

It all started from a need to unwind from the day to day stresses. I quickly recognised the benefits of taking time out from a busy day to make and create. Being a teacher, Aunty and now a Mam it made sense to use my skills and love of all things arts and crafty with our amazing young people in Caerphilly. I soon found that I was learning to be freer in my own work as let's be fair children are the most inspiring artists to be around.
