We are setting up a place to experiment called "The Studio"

Over five weeks, our young artists will work alongside us exploring ideas through making.
Drop-in day: May 28
Sessions begin: June 4

We are holding an open day on 28 May 10-4, to kick off a 5 week course in making for young people aged 12-17 who:
draw in sketchbooks
like making things
think visually
enjoy stories,
want space to experiment creatively.

You do not need qualifications.
You do not need to call yourself an artist.
You do not need to be “good”.

Our new adventure is The Studio. It is about process, experimentation and creative thinking, not about being “good” at art.

Introducing THE STUDIO.
A new 5-week creative programme for young people aged 12–17 in Buxton town centre on Thursday evenings 5-7.
Working alongside professional artists, participants will explore light, shadow, drawing, making and small-world building. learn how to transforming simple materials into immersive visual worlds.

The Studio is designed for young people interested in art, design, making and creative careers.

No experience needed. Just curiosity, ideas, and a willingness to experiment.

Launching June 4 at The Space, (opp.Buxton Pets) Spring Gardens.
Open day on Thursday 28 May 10-4
