🎅 114 days to go….

🎄 We know it’s a bit of a wait, but we have had a lot of enquiries about our Christmas plans - so here they are!

🎁 Including many of our traditional events, like our returning casino night and indoor Christmas market!

🍴We also have a new Christmas menu for 2026, as well as our pensioners meals which we are glad to have back following last year’s success! We will also be opening for food on Boxing Day this year, which we definitely recommend booking in advance!

🚨 Bank Holiday Reminders!

🕒 Please remember our opening hours are slightly different this weekend, with the cafe closing at 3pm on Saturday & Sunday

🍴 The Cow Shed Carvery will be running as usual on Sunday, with last orders at 2:30pm - we strongly recommend reserving a table in advance ! 📞 07943 994807

🍻 The Beer Festival will begin at 3pm Saturday and Sunday, with food available from 5pm - tickets available on the door 🎟️

💪 Strongman/woman competition begins 2pm Sunday! Free to spectate and enter, with prizes to be won - registration from 1:30pm Sunday

🔥✅ Firepits are now allowed on the campsite following the recent change in weather. Please remember to still use them responsibly, and remember that disposable barbecues are NEVER allowed!

🔔 BANK HOLIDAY INFORMATION (please read for any notices!) 🍻

🕗 Please be aware of changes to our usual opening times over the bank holiday weekend - cafe service will be closing at 3pm as we move into our events barn for the Beer Festival on Saturday and Sunday! 🎶 🍺

🎟️ Tickets are still available for both days of the beer festival, call or message 07943 994807 to reserve in advance 📞

🎤 Please note changes to our scheduled lineup, Isaac Neilson will now be opening Saturday, with Fusion now scheduled for 5pm on Sunday

🏕️ Camping is now FULLY BOOKED for Friday and Saturday evenings!! Thank you to everyone who has booked in advance. We still have spaces remaining for Sunday 🚐

🎟️ Also to be aware that any campers wanting to enter the beer festival will have to purchase tickets as usual. Our events run separately to our campsite so are not included in your stay🎸

🔥 FIREPIT REMINDER - still prohibited 🚫

We have had a few messages regarding our firepit policy, this is just a reminder that unfortunately solid fuel barbecues and firepits are still prohibited on our site as the dry weather continues, despite a slight fall in temperatures.

Gas camping stoves and gas barbecues are still allowed if raised off the ground and used responsibly

We hope that you can continue to understand that these measures are in place for the safety of all our campers, families, and local wildlife, and the measures will be lifted as soon as it is safe to do so
