The summer break is officially over and AOM classes are BACK from tonight! 💜✨

We are SO excited to get everyone back in the gym, back in the air and back doing what we love! 🤸‍♀️🎪

Whether you’re returning to your usual class, moving into a new group or joining us for the very first time, our coaching team can’t wait to welcome you.

Here’s to a brand-new term full of new skills, big goals, confidence, friendships and plenty of EPIC moments! 🌟

SQUAD TRAINING! 💜💙

WOW… what a day! 🤩

Incredible work from our Development Squad, Circus Squad and special invitees at today’s Squad Training Day!

Today wasn’t just about training skills — it was about building bonds, working together, supporting each other and becoming one amazing AOM TEAM. 💪🌟

We also held our very first MOVEMENT GAMES! 🏆🔥 Teams went head-to-head in a series of challenges, which explains the colourful headbands! 😂 From strength and accuracy to teamwork and determination, everyone absolutely threw themselves into it!

So many laughs, so much encouragement and some brilliant team spirit throughout the whole day.

Different squads. Different teams. One AOM family. 💜💙

WHOA! 🤩 What an absolutely incredible day flying trapeze with All Bars Flying Trapeze Club 🎪💜

And WOW… did our AOM students smash it! 🔥

Just a couple of comments from the coaches today:

✨ “We’ve never had so many catches in one session!”
✨ “We’ve never had anyone get this far in one session!”

How amazing is that?! We must be doing something right at AOM to be producing such absolute STARS! 🌟

But even more impressive than what they achieved on the trapeze was how they carried themselves throughout the entire day — kindness, manners, encouragement, motivation and support for one another from start to finish.

That’s the culture we’re proud of.
That’s what AOM is all about.

Our September spaces are filling up quickly, but our team is here to help. If you’re currently on one of our waiting lists, we’ll be working our way through them and getting in touch to discuss the options available.

Our students took to the sky on all sorts — Spanish Web, trapeze, aerial hoop, tippy hoop, silks and aerial slings! 🎪✨
