Very proud to have raised £160 in just 20 mins singing outside The Apex in Bury St Edmunds for our chosen charities St Nicholas Hospice Care and Brave Futures

Suffolk Soul Sisters Choir meet every Monday night and ain't our hearts from 7-8.30pm. No experience needed! We are a happy, fun and inclusive choir.

Monthly fee is £44 and includes your weekly sessions (no break for holidays like most choirs who only run 39 weeks of the year) all printed lyric sheets, folder and all performance opportunities.

I'm heartbroken this morning and sat here in tears listening to the videos I've been sent across from.my group members of Sing & Social for brain injury.

The funding has now run out and we desperately need more funding to run the life lol m service my CIC provided.

Please please please if you can help by connecting me with someone you know who could support me in getting more funding then get in.touch.

The sun is blazing. The choir members are ready and I'm on my way to lead them all. Doing what I am phenomenal at, an expert at and I love to the core of my being.

I've been doing the do for 35 years and I've allowed myself the right to sing my own praises.

I've worked solidly relentlessly and tirelessly with complete dedication building an incredible career in both singing myself and teaching. Constant study and education up to master degree level at financial and mental cost.

When someone responds to a post advertising my choir on FB, which they did this week, publicly, in the most disgusting way, not only questioning my fee of just £44 a month, to attend my weekly choir but also giving me a dressing down verging on being liable and publicly shame me in the process, you betcha I'm going to go in both bloody barrels and rip you apart and own it.

Running my business has so many hidden costs at GREAT cost to me both financially and in the time I give for FREE to my clients. So when someone questions my fee they disrespect all of that. My boundaries are clear and I honour them and ME firecly like a lioness protecting her cubs.

Excited?!?!?

I can't express how monumental this gig is going to be!!!

I saw them when our beloved Keef was still with us and although it's not the same without him, the flame 🔥 🐜 🐜 🐜 still burns brightly.

People and things test us, it's been an extremely difficult pill to swallow receiving some very upsetting and disappointing news today re funding which is going to have a devastating blow to my brain injury group that I run for free every week.

I'm feeling like I've been punched in the stomach. Ontop.ofvwhich I'm suffering very badly with acid reflux impacting my health badly which really is a punch in the stomach.

Ill share when I'm feeling better and need some urgent help and support my much needed group that supports survivors of brain injury.

I'm honoured and very proud to have been a part of this publication.

I work with all ages, children through to adults, but it is within the work I do with children and teens that results in real life changes of emotional self understanding, self navigation of feelings and building resilience.

I've written and published 2 beautiful full coloured printed work books on the subject for children and young adults. They are being used in schools across the UK, USA, Australia and Canada.

I also run workshops and teacher training in schools and privately.
