On a follow up from yesterday a picture of what we took out of the carburettor float bowl yesterday. Maybe an extra fuel filter should be fitted 🤔 and yes, that is a razor blade stood up in it! 😳

Fuel Friday! A strip down of this Solex carburettor might give us a clue why the float got stuck a couple of times. Engine ran really well though 🤔

Who would like to meet Alf?

Time to put a bit more mileage on this classic Rolls Royce following its engine rebuild. Off to support Wickhambrook Fete vehicle show and the friends organising it. Due to its rarity, unlikely to be anything quite like it there!

📣 A Friday Fanfare for our new friends over at The Denham Estate and The Barn Butchery in Denham! 🐖🐄🐓

📞 Earlier this week, we got a call from the farm office to say one of our supplier’s parcels had fallen out the back of a delivery van as it had left them! 🚚

🙏 A big thank you to the team for letting us know so we could retrieve it (we’d been waiting for that box for days and the contents were thankfully OK) and for The Barn Butchery for keeping it safe for us and lifting it into the car!

🌭 Couldn’t resist a quick look around the shop and handily found some new flavoured sausages to pop on the BBQ that night (sun dried tomato and other delights as you’re asking - delicious!). It was only on return to the workshop that we noticed the cool name too! 🚗
