I would like to say a massive thank you to Jimmy, Kristian, David and Adam at Dfc Tenpin bowling services.
You have all worked so hard over the last 1 1/2 weeks. How you are all still standing is beyond me. Putting in 14 hour days to get the job done.
You have done an amazing job, so well done to you all.

I would like to say a big thank you to Trish, Lou, Maisie and Sarah for helping us get back to some kind of normal ready for todays opening, we really couldn't of done it without you all.

Lastly a massive thank you to my partner Ian, my assistant manager Maria and my lovely technician Ray for all your hard work this week. What you have all done is above and beyond any expectation and really hasn't gone unnoticed.
So thank you all so much.

All the lanes and the approaches have all been repaired, sanded and lacquered.

Lane resurfacing 8th - 12th June 2026.
After the lanes have been sanded then comes the specialised lacquers to make sure all the lanes are coated with a nice shiny finish.

After the lanes have been sanded the lanes are then checked to make sure they are all level.

Lane resurfacing 8th -12th June 2026.

After the lanes have all been repaired a massive sander is sent down the lane to level the wooden surface, remove deep scratches or dents from heavy bowling balls, and prepare the wood for a fresh coat of lacquer. This meticulous resurfacing process ensures the lane is perfectly flat, allowing the ball to roll smoothly and ensuring fair and consistent gameplay.

Just a little reminder we are closed from Monday 8th June through to Friday 12th June for lane maintenance.
We will reopen Saturday 13th June.
Please make sure you book online as we will not be answering the telephones as we will be very busy.
