DARLINGS! HELLO! Andrew Montgomery here, resident wine seller to the One Eleven restaurant facilities. Are you in for a super treat tonight, my lovelies! We have a spectacular range of staff members to line up, a complex plot with a long, elegant finish and some stunning tangy twists. Oh dearie me, I must get ready! I'm describing it like the wines! Another Meet the Staff before our performance in half an hour is Vicky Braxton (played by Ebony Eitzen)!

Vicky hails from Australia and is one of the newest waitresses at One Eleven. Kind, friendly and experienced, she seems pretty chilled but is she struggling underneath with personal issues?

The first of our final day of Meet the Staff before the show tonight!

One Eleven's head Chef Veronica Silva (played by Mariana Sany) has truly fought her way up to get to where she is today, and is a force to be reckoned with! Be warned, if you get on the wrong side of her it's your fault, but as long as you respect her, she will do her best to help you. Can she help amend every situation, however, or are there some she just can't lend an ear to?

Just one Meet the Staff post tonight before we introduce the final few staff members tomorrow afternoon! Then, all systems go!

Louise Stanford (played by Ami Pritchett) is the new manager for One Eleven. Called in to help reboost restaurant reputation, she is prim, polished, and prepped (and well known for her tacky attempts at motivational quotes and pep talks). Louise seems to have it sorted, but does she really have the best approach?

We left this one a little late but we couldn't promise a double Meet the Staff and not follow through with it! Can you imagine what Louise would say!? On with introducing Leo Winston (Played by Henry Stedman)!

Leo, is an "excellent waiter, who always puts the customer first", or so they say, that is, when he's not writing spoken word poetry and hitting on every girl within a 5 mile radius, but deep down, under the complex layers of sleaze we think Leo may be hiding a fair few secrets. Second of tonight's Meet the Staff is Georgia Campbell (played by Jai Watling)!
Ditzy and loveable Georgia is the comic relief One Eleven needs, but don't be fooled, she's smarter than some of the stuff she comes out with...we think. Unsuccessful in love, you can't help but feel for her. Will George ever find the right guy (or indeed, the right food to eat for lunch)?
