💧 Clean with sterile saline solution
❌ No touching, twisting or playing with the jewellery
👖 Avoid tight clothing and unnecessary friction
💨 After cleaning, dry with the cool setting on a hairdryer
⏱️ Navel piercings can take 6–12 months to fully heal (or even longer) patience is key!
💫 Hoops/rings should only be worn once the piercing is fully healed
