Our wonderful photographer Helen Willis came down yesterday to our performance at the festival of leisure, and gave her time to take some photos.

Apart from being great photos of all the dancers, I feel like Helen always captures happy moments and memories and I love the smiles of the dance at the end with everyone joining in.

What a beautiful dance family we have, dancers, parents and our Helen 📸 Thank you so much, we love them ❤️ We are so lucky to have you!

A few weeks ago, I decided to have a go attending scholarships. An event we’d never been to and knew minimal about due to my lack of time. And what a wonderful day we have had 🩷

I asked two of my dancers to attend as guinea pigs, not really knowing how to coach them for it and just hoped we would turn up and have a fun day doing something different. And once I knew what I was talking about, next year I could take more dancers.

Summer and Avalyn, stepped up and got on that dance floor. Learnt routines with steps they’ve never done before, in groups of lots of wonderful dancers. I am beyond proud of you for being brave enough to go to something totally new, on their own, with no guidance from me to help.

But BOTH girls got through the heats to the finals! 🤯
I am beyond proud of you girls, you were both outstanding not only dancing, but your personalities of dealing with it with total grace. Even checking in on other dancers who were upset.

We may be a little dance school, but we are full of BIG dancers with BIG dreams.

A big thank you to for your organising! We had a great time and will definitely be back 🤍🤍

Exams May 2026 completed ❤️
Well done to all our dancers for taking part today with a big smile and huge enthusiasm.
