Our friends over at Burnley Garrick Theatre Group are putting on a play! Their opening production is Love, Lies and Taxidermy and despite it not being a well-known one, we’ve heard wonderful things!

We can’t wait to support them as they continue their run tonight until Saturday. If you are stuck for an evening’s entertainment, look no further!

Ruby may have only performed in our pantomime for the past 6 years, but she has been part of the Burnley Pantomime Society family for as long as we can remember! ❤️🎭

We are so incredibly proud of the talented young lady she has become, and we’ve loved watching her grow, perform and make so many memories with us over the years. 🥹✨

Now it’s time for her next adventure as she heads off to Performers College, Birmingham to study BA (Hons) Musical Theatre and Dance! 🎶💃

Ruby, we know how much this means to you, and we know you’re going to shine brighter than ever. We’ll miss having you around, but we are so excited to watch you follow your dreams! 🌟

What a weekend!! 💛

40 miles over 3 days with countless stops on Dame Kev’s theatre journey - complete! ✅

Thankyou to everyone who walked with him, especially his brothers, Andy, Mick and Gary Kay, who organised him and kept him going right to the bitter end, and Geoff who unwittingly joined a very tough pub crawl!

Kev was also joined along the way by family, friends and panto members and was never short of cheerleaders as he made his way around the Northwest.

We don’t have a confirmed total yet, but buckets alone collected well over £600, all from generous people out and about who spotted our walkers and donated. Lots of them had their own personal stories about Pendleside Hospice and how they had been positively affected by the vital work they do.

We are so grateful to everyone who played a part. Dame Kev is now a wreck and will be spending the week in recovery!
