Pole Fitness Windsor Pole Fitness Is One Of The UK's Longest Running Pole Schools EST in 2005. We Offer Premium Courses W Courses and classes run throughout the year.

We teach in levels, no mixed ability. All participates join at week 1, as I feel this is the best way for students to learn. Whatever your age, size, shape or ability – let us help you achieve your fitness goals! The Pole Fitness Studio is a private purposed built , mirrored,wooden floor studio with 5 poles. I’m absolutely loving my pole classes, I never thought strength training could be this fun and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made in the last 6 months! It’s the most supportive and encouraging environment you could ask for, cannot recommend this class enough!

If you are looking for a fitness community that is as empowering as it is challenging, look no further than Pole Fitness Windsor.

After a 17-year break from pole, I was naturally a bit nervous about returning to the studio. However, joining Maxine classes six months ago was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made. Maxine and the rest of the team are incredible at what they do.

Pole fitness is undeniably hard, but they have a gift for breaking down complex moves into manageable steps. They make the “impossible” feel totally achievable.

There is a genuine warmth in the classes. The instructors and the other students are some of the most supportive, friendly, and lovely people I’ve met. There is zero judgment - only cheers when you nail a move. The classes push me physically, but the sense of accomplishment and the community spirit keep me coming back every week.I am so pleased I found the courage to walk through those doors again. Whether you’re a total beginner or - like me - returning after nearly two decades, you will find a home here. I can’t recommend them enough!
