Spacecake return on BMF Sunday!
Spacecake is an original six piece acoustic band, whose sound is best described as “Acoustic Groove”. Backed by acoustic instruments, their deeply personal and soulful songs combine the musical genres – folk, rock, soul, ska, reggae and world music.

They are a local musicians who have worked together for the past 10 years creating a unique and original sound, playing pubs, parties and local festivals including Folk East, Ratitude, Ipswich Music in the Park, Harlequin Fayre, Coz Fest and the Dedham Vale Festival.
Their debut album: "2 Truths" is available on vinyl and CD as well as Spotify.

BMF welcomes the return of Funky Voices!
Founded in 2007, Funky Voices is the multi award winning choir known for its unique blend of emotional harmonies and vibrant, dance inspired tracks. While raising funds for charities, the choir tours internationally, competes, and has produced ten albums.

They’ve performed at some of the world’s most iconic venues, including Broadway, the O2 Arena, The Palladium, the Edinburgh Fringe, and the Royal Albert Hall.

See them open BMF 2026 in St. Mary’s Church on Wednesday 8th July.

BMF JAZZ - in St. Mary's church, Bures, Thursday 9th July
Pianist, composer and author Chris Ingham brings the music of Steely Dan into a vibrant jazz setting with Steely Jazz. Featuring top class musicians and inventive arrangements, the band reimagines classic songs by Walter Becker and Donald Fagen, blending rich harmonies, sharp grooves and improvisation. Expect familiar favourites alongside deeper cuts, all delivered with sophistication, energy and a deep love of the original songbook.

Big big news! Oasish are set to headline Saturday 11th July with a full‑throttle celebration of Oasis.

We are beyond excited to finally share that Britpop Saturday at BMF is complete!

Oasish, known as the most authentic Oasis tribute band (who even use the exact same instruments), have played Wembley Stadium and Shepherd’s Bush O2 Empire, and are now heading for the BMF Big Top stage!
