I bumped into Oleg and Simone yesterday as they were scoping out the theatre ready for their show this evening with The Rabbitts.

They are in infectious and excitable couple who will put on an incredible show tonight.
Tickets still available just £12. You can book online or direct from the box office. All other shows in The Fisher are free today but please get your ticket first to avoid disappointment.

We have three programme changes to announce.
Our first international volunteer - Laura Auzoux - will be playing in The Fisher Bar on Friday 11.00 - 11.45am instead of Tom Mally.

Andy Warwick is a Scot through and through and will bringing his dry humour, wit and songs to the Three Tuns Cellar at 3.45 - 4.30pm on Friday to replace Tom Mally. A nay is currently volunteering at Drum Camp just a few miles away but has been given the green light to pop over to Bungay and share his music with us. He hails form Loch Tay and we have played a few sessions with him up there. Sadly Andy has not sent me a photo yet but rest assured he is a handsome chap.

The Medlars - who were an amazing support act for Eliza Carthy last year - have very kindly stepped in to replace Drywood at The Royal British Legion on Saturday from 6.00-6.45pm.

We wish Tom Mally and Drywood well as they have more difficult things to navigate at this time.

There are two offerings in the Three Tuns later this evening.
A traditional style folk club with the audience invited to perform a song to tune. This is curated by Paul Gill and is from 8-10.15pm
At the same time you can have listen or a dance to Loose Chickens (see image below) - Bungay's own antidote to the world's woes with a repertoire that blends folk favourites, contemporary classics, and unexpected gems. In the cellar from 9.15 - 10.30pm

Listen to the bells ringing out across the town from 4pm (sorry but you can't see the bell ringers in action).
Then head for The Old Bank Tearoom, The Royal British Legion (check out this venue as we have a lot of great music here), The Three Tuns Banquet Hall and The Broad Street Gallery (Nathan Thomas 5-5.45pm).

To help you plan your weekend with us, we have free programmes in shops and cafes throughout Bungay as well as a brand spanking new digital programme/app. It allows you to filter your search for free or paid gigs, specific venues and days.

Apparently you can download it as an app on your phone if you have an android. Sadly Apple make it very expensive to do this but you can run the app from the link just as well!

It’s a fantastic piece of work by Peter Reeve, who will be entertaining us as a piper on the Sunday as half of Peter and Jane. It allows you to filter your search for free or paid gigs, specific venues and days.
