A big thank you to TATA Steel⁠ for supporting our roof replacement project at Hawkesbury Little Theatre.

As a volunteer-run theatre, support from our community means so much to us. We're incredibly grateful to TATA Steel for getting behind our fundraising efforts and helping us take another step towards securing the future of our theatre.

Just a quick update on our roof project.

Following surveys and assessments, we now have a much clearer picture of the work needed and are in the process of submitting a planning application.

The damaged section of roof can be replaced for around £12,000, but we've been advised that replacing the entire roof is the best long-term solution, with an estimated cost of just under £29,000.

Part of this cost is due to the specialist asbestos removal required under current regulations.
