Anyone out there with wallspace available in Shop; Store; Gallery; Showroom; or Whatever; should take notice that Ron Wilson has a vast Portfolio of Paintings which he would be happy to transfer into the keeping of a person or persons on a 'no strings attached' custodianship. His age excludes him from handling his large collection for very much longer. For anyone interested, a simple agreement on a sale or return basis (or any other possible option ) could be entered into and discussed to mutual advantage and benefit of both parties.There need not be any financial out goings, as this proposal is merely me trying to tie up my affairs while I am still able to do so. This is a sort of visual diary going back many years. I merely take it out of its frame and add a memorable happening, like another grandchild (!) or a copy of a favourite painting. Can you pick out the Russell Flints, or the Norman Rockwell, or Van Gogh, or the Turner, plus others including some early Ron Wilson favourites ? Even a self portrait of myself walking into the picture and The Young Connoisseur .... one of my grandaughters and mother to my great grandson ! Still to add him !!!! TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN !!
Are you possibly interested in being custodian of a large portfolio of oil and watercolour Paintings ?
Age dictates the need to 'tidy up' my affairs, although I continue to add to my collection with commissions and an inherant desire in my love of painting.
A simple Sale or Return principle could be applied and no specific exhibition dates or deadlines need be planned. It would of course be mutually advantageous to have some sort of on-going display facility.
A browsing of my website and a viewing of Facebook might well be an incentive to merit a response.
