One we can’t recommend enough is Pooch Parlour – owned by one of our lovely dance parents here at Studio 3 Dance Academy!
Not only does she support our dancers week in, week out, but the care and attention she gives to every dog that walks through her door is just incredible. From perfectly styled cuts to the calm, loving environment she creates, you can truly see how passionate she is about what she does. Every pooch leaves looking (and feeling!) amazing.

Meet the Team at Pooch Parlour 🐾✨
We’re a small but mighty team of four, and we’re so proud of how far Pooch Parlour has come in just over a year! Our little salon based inside Thurlaston Garden Centre is growing beautifully, and we still have space for new dogs to join the gang.
Ann is the owner of Pooch Parlour and trained at Leicester Dog Grooming Academy in 2020, and later at Mucky Pups Training Academy (🏆IPET network training provider of the year 2025). She originally started as a home groomer before opening the salon.
Sophie joined us in February 2025 and rents a table as Moores Paws. She’s an experienced groomer who made the exciting move from employment to becoming self-employed here at the Parlour. Sophie works Monday, Friday, and Saturday, with the occasional Thursday.
Jade came to us in September 2025 from Pets at Home (Hinckley) and is also an experienced groomer. She now works independently as Bubbles & Cuddles, renting a table at Pooch Parlour. Jade works Sunday and Monday.
Jo has recently joined us. She is our trainee groomer and is currently getting to grips with the role. She’s a lady of many talents and has experience supervising dogs in a day care environment as well as being a part-time librarian at a university! She’ll be joining the team properly when she completes her training.
All four ladies are talented, friendly, and have their own areas of interest within grooming — and the best part is, we’re currently accepting new clients!
If you ever have any questions about your dog’s appointment, please contact the groomer who usually looks after your dog.
