We were thinking of fun activities to do at Casa Mia and lots of people have suggested a pizza making class! Who would love to learn how to make authentic Italian pizzas? 🍕 🇮🇹
Ideal for families or simply if you always wanted to learn how to make pizzas like a true Italian!
You would learn everything from making the dough, all the science behind it(Hydration, fermentation and recipe) stretching, topping and maybe even launching it in the oven if you feel confident enough! 😊

We truly can't believe the support we've received from all of you, just to think that not even 3 years ago I was doing pizzas in my garden and our neighbors loved them so much that they forced us to start selling them and here we are now, it's crazy how fast life happens and sometimes we can do mistakes or stuff happens outside of our control but please know that we always aim to give the best possible service and create great experiences, and will always strive to improve ourselves 😊
