✨ Another fantastic week of dancing and Pilates! ✨
💪 Monday Pilates Classes – We worked hard with the Pilates balls this week. Those side-lying curl-ups were tough, but we got through them together!
🩰 Monday Back to Ballet – Lots of fun (and a few laughs!) working on our lefts and rights… who knew they could be so confusing? 🤣 We also worked on a temps lié, focusing on transferring our weight onto the supporting leg and creating beautiful, lifted leg lines.
⚖️ Wednesday Morning Pilates – A week of balancing acts, both on our feet and on the Pilates balls, with our scissors/toe taps exercise. Great focus from everyone!
🌟 Wednesday Evening Pilates - New Class! A huge well done to everyone who joined us. What a lovely start!
💫 Wednesday Back to Ballet – We worked hard on battement frappé fouetté (what a killer exercise! 🔥🥵), really challenging our strength! We also had a go at pirouettes en dehors from 4th position 👏 and performed some lovely pas de chats in our corner allegro. Well done, everyone – lots of determination and some beautiful dancing! 🩰✨
☕🩰 Thursday Beginners Ballet – Practising battements frappés to Cancan music while somehow ending up talking about coffee! 🤣We also worked on our port de bras and classical walks, focusing on transference of weight and stretched feet - extremely well done, ladies! 👏
💫 Thursday Back to Ballet – We nailed a turning petit allegro sequence and performed an enchaînement beautifully from the corner, working on sustaining our posés and dancing with confidence.
