with the severe heat warnings in place for the next few days, Briton ferry workies would like to offer the club as a 'cold hub' for our members and local community who are elderly, vulnerable etc to the excessive heat......

Our bar is fully air conditioned and lovely and cool. If you need to escape the heat and humidity, feel free to pop in for some relief and free cold squash!

Our air conditioned bar will be working overtime and the beers will be pouring ICE COLD through our Smart Dispense system all day and night 🍺🧊

WHAT A SUNDAY at the WORKIES 👏

Safe to say… that was some day 😅

Massive thank you to all our members, hard working staff and Committee for making it one to remember.

Special shout to Nicola and The Bad Things — absolutely smashed it 🎤🎸 had the place bouncing and plenty of sore feet this morning!

Brilliant atmosphere from start to finish, and fair play… the jukebox didn’t get much rest either — tunes going late into the night as usual 🎶🍺

Days like that are what the Workies is all about.

Same again next Sunday? 😉
