We’re so psyched to be bringing a first glimpse of 48 Thoughts Per Minute to our hometown next month we thought it warranted sharing one of our new promo images for the show!! You like?! 📸🎉🤪 Massive thanks to the brilliant Captured By Corinne 📸 for the fun shoot and the awesome shots!

If you fancy finding out more about the show before anyone else, join us at Maldon Library on Fri 11 Sep from 7-9pm as part of the town’s annual Maldon Festival. There’ll also be an informal Q&A with the creative team after the script reading.

48 Thoughts is a fast-paced, joyfully chaotic new show, written with our fave comedian Jessica Fostekew. Equal parts belly laughs and gentle gut-punch, it asks how we navigate the world, and the most important relationship we have, the one with ourselves.

Regardless of your grades remember your qualifications DO NOT DEFINE YOU. Exam results are just a piece of paper and let's be honest, paper's kind of our thing 😜, so trust us on this one. If you didn't get the grades you wanted and you haven't got a clue what's next, well that’s fine, nobody's got it all figured out, no matter what their grid pics might suggest. 🤭

What matters is that you showed up, you got creative, you chose to make things and put yourself out there - you chose drama, the boldest subject going. That takes guts. So back yourself, keep making noise, and the rest will sort itself out.
You're a legend! Now go be brilliant.👊 💕

We’re got some fab news folks, especially for those of you that are local to Essex, as we’re sharing a sneak peek preview of the script of 48 Thoughts Per Minute at the Maldon Festival next month! 🎉

You’ll get the chance to join Jemma and actors from the company as they run a relaxed and informal script reading performance at Maldon Library on Fri 11 Sep from 7-9pm as part of the town’s annual festival. The event will also include a Q&A with the creative team, which will follow the reading.

Your brain is doing so much. Some scientists estimate that it fires off around 48 thoughts per minute*, that's a whopping 70,000 a day! So what exactly, are we thinking about? 48 Thoughts Per Minute is about just that, about the inside of your head: the hilarious, vivid and sometimes intrusive thoughts that shape our inner worlds.

Working with a team of academic experts, and based on interviews with people up and down the UK, this is a show set inside a head, where emotions, memories and chemical reactions all meet. Written with comedian, Jessica Fostekew, 48 Thoughts Per Minute is a fast-paced, joyfully chaotic and warmly relatable story about the relationship we all have with ourselves and about all of the things we think and do not say.

🏫🎓📚📝 Think that’s pretty much the whole of the UK that’s now signed off from school for the summer. Woohooo!! 🎉 You so deserve a brilliant break after another jam-packed year. Thanks for welcoming us in, we’ve had another amazing year working with thousands of you around the country and way beyond, from Switzerland to Qatar!

A massive thank you to everyone too for sharing such productive and fabulous feedback! We couldn’t not share, it’s so gorgeous! ❤️
