BMA Showcase: The Mud Club, Joe Strouzer Band & Kai Carter's OldTime Trio this Friday 🎸

Joe Strouzer stopped by to tell us about Bristol Music Agency, which he formed with fellow musicians and friends - "music for the people by the people". The Mud Club headline, Kai Carter's OldTime Trio open, and the Joe Strouzer Band round off the bill.

Joe draws from folk, blues and Americana, with stories of heartbreak, humour and real people - from Newcastle to New Orleans and everywhere in between.

Blak 2 Future spotlights black and POC artists in electronic dance music. Founded by Maia (aka Heyza aka Stargirrl), the night celebrates the black origin of music across genres - rooted in Detroit techno, black q***r culture, and the continuum of black art.

It's an inclusive space. Everyone shoulder-to-shoulder, every race, class and gender. Music and culture brought together, where everyone comes to have a good time.

Whether you're a dancer, bass enthusiast or looking for something beyond the ordinary, this one's for you.
