It’s been emotional. Big love to our mighty build and break team. Working all the hours, in all the conditions…understandably it’s sent them all a lil bit loco.

Adam, Calista, Harry, Mike, Sam, Smiley and everyone else that’s weighed in - we salute you. Until next year boys n girls 🫶 enjoy the weekend off 🍻

And now for something completely different!

A massive big up to Ray, Skyee and the Oddball Customs crew for last weekend. They put in a huge shift, taking more than 250 happy people on buggy rides around the track and into the jungle safari. Amazing.

These rides also helped raise a whopping £1145 for the Long Ashton Scouts.

A Closer Look at This Year's Show & Shine Winners

What a competition!
The standard this year was incredibly high, making the judging tougher than ever. Quite simply, there were too many deserving vehicles and not enough trophies to go around.

A huge thank you to everyone who entered. One of the things we love most about Show & Shine is seeing stock restorations, period-correct classics, custom builds and wild creations all sharing the same field. The passion, creativity and craftsmanship on display never cease to amaze us. Every vehicle tells a different story, every build has its own personality, and each one is worthy of recognition in its own right.

It felt like the perfect way to round off our celebration of 80 Years of Volkswagen.

If we didn't get the chance to stop and chat properly, we're sorry. With so many fantastic vehicles to admire, the day always flies by. We hope you enjoyed being part of it as much as we enjoyed putting it together.

There were countless cars and vans packed with stunning bespoke details, innovative engineering and exceptional craftsmanship. Many came agonisingly close to taking home an award, and we genuinely wish we could have recognised even more of them.

Finally, thank you to all of our supporters, sponsors and helpers who played a part in making the Show & Shine possible. You know who you are, and we couldn't do it without you.
