We are hiring!

Fromebase is almost ready to open its doors, and we’re looking for a hands-on Programme Manager to help take it from a prototype to a thriving community asset.

You’ll help turn an empty space into a busy, useful, well-loved shop.

Fromebase is Frome’s surplus and re-purposed DIY store. We collect high-quality surplus materials from construction firms, tradespeople and local residents, and sell them on at affordable prices (often half the price!).

Good stuff kept in use, and out of landfill. Money saved.

This role is for someone who likes building things from scratch and taking real ownership.

You’ll shape the space, build partnerships with local suppliers and organisations, grow a customer base, test pricing and product ideas, and more. You’ll be just as comfortable on the shop floor as you are thinking strategically about how it grows.

20 hours a week
£17.85 per hour
12 month contract
Based in Frome
Closing date: 2 March
