Chew Valley Handbell Ringers Handbells group that rehearse on Thursday evenings and perform to a variety of clubs and organisations, raising money for Cancer Research UK.

This evening we played to some lovely residents at Cholwell Nursing Home in Clutton. Here is a video of the team playing the beautiful Forgotten Dreams.

Christmas is coming! We've just started practising for the season. Here we play Unto Us A Child Is Born. Only 5 ringers, as we're limited for our first Christmas performance this year. Mary kindly arranged the piece for five.

We recently played at the celebration of the life of Ann, sadly missed as one of the group's ringers.

On Thursday afternoon we played for the Goodwill Club in Farmborough. Sadly, there are no photos as all the team needed to play all 16 pieces. The audience were very good at singing, especially when we played several pieces from the last night of the Proms. Many remarked on how interesting all the snippets of history was. The audience 'have a go' is always fun too.

This afternoon we play again at a gathering to remember one of our team members who recently passed away. Fondly remembering Ann. RIP.
