We're delighted to welcome Tess Redburn to Bricks as our new Head of Creative Infrastructure and Public Art.
Tess leads the development of Bricks’ public art and creative infrastructure agency across the West of England, working with artists, developers, local authorities, communities and cultural organisations to explore how culture can shape places in meaningful, long-term ways.
She brings a wealth of experience in cultural placemaking strategy. Before joining Bricks, Tess was Strategic Lead at The Place Bureau, where she developed cultural strategies, place visions and creative approaches to engagement across public realm and regeneration projects. Her previous clients include The Crown Estate, National Museums Liverpool, Bristol City Council and Snaefellsnes Regional Park in Iceland.
Tess has also worked as a creative producer, designer and educator, and holds an MA in Brands, Communication and Culture from Goldsmiths.
Welcome to the team, Tess!
