A corporate garden party with LOTS going on… 🌿☀️🏆

We recently headed to the beautiful Leigh Court to put on a corporate summer event combining a traditional sports day & festival vibes! It was such a great day!

We brought along:
🏃 Traditional Sports Day, complete with a professional compere
⛳ 5-hole mini golf, with neon lighting as the evening went on
🎯 Bunting & Festival Decor
🎲 Giant Games and Penalty Shootout
🔥 Fire pits for the evening
🎪 Funfair Stalls
💡 Festoon lighting to keep the festival atmosphere going after sunset
🎊 Festival flags, hay bales and signage to bring everything together

From competitive sports day races to a more relaxed garden party atmosphere, there was something for everyone, and the event could keep evolving as the afternoon turned into evening.

A great day with this great client!!! And of course, a huge 👏👌 for Leigh Court who always prove to be an amazing venue for these types of events.

Bookings for next summer are already in!

We get to work in some beautiful locations! 🌿☀️

And this one in the New Forest was a real sunset beauty. With ponies!

For this client, we arranged Dragon Boat Racing for the afternoon (sadly, no photos of that part of the day....too much fun being had) before our team got to work setting up an evening of relaxed summer fun at lovely Beaulieu Hotel

The evening came together with welcome drinks, a BBQ and plenty of games and activities for guests to enjoy as the sun went down. 🍹🔥🎯

🏴 Festival flags & bunting, Funfair Stalls, Penalty Shootout, Mini Tennis, Badminton, Deck Chairs & Giant Games. Complete with a mini PA system for the host to keep the energy going.

A great mix of activities to keep everyone entertained, with the beautiful New Forest as the backdrop. 🌅

Last month, we took our event 'The Hunted' (Sleeper Cell Version) to DoubleTree by Hilton Cadbury House for a corporate team building challenge with a difference.

The mission? Escape the Hunter, expose the moles… and make it to the end together! 👀

After a morning Mission Control Workshop, 8 teams were briefed and sent out on a series of missions, including.....

💣 Minefield & Gridlock
🎯 Sniper Alley
🏔️ Crash Site
🚑 CAVAC with Stretcher
⬇️ Dropzone
🛡️ VIP Es**rt
👀 In Plain Sight
🧱 No Man’s Land

But there was a catch… There were MOLES HIDING within the teams!!!🤫🕵️

And.... there was a Hunter keeping everyone on their toes as he snuck around the grounds 🥸

Teams had to work together, communicate under pressure and figure out who they could trust, while trying to complete their missions.

And the finale? A smoke filled reveal, followed by a collaborative challenge where all teams had to come together, let off their flares and secure the win. 🚨

A brilliant day of teamwork, suspicion, strategy, with tons of fun!

⚽🏆 Who would be crowned champions in your Company's World Cup?

Split colleagues into nations, create a fixture list, pick team names, design flags, choose walk on songs and let the friendly rivalry begin! 🌎🎶

And the best part?
It doesn't have to be all about football!

Whilst some team members might be dreaming of scoring the winning goal in the Bubble Football final, others may prefer taking on a variety of other challenges and team activities.

The aim is to create an event where everyone can contribute, compete and have fun together, whether they're football fanatics or couldn't tell you the offside rule! 😄

Best of both worlds! 🌳🏢

A recent client held a 2 day meeting at the fantastic The Celtic Manor Resort and wanted to break up the agenda with some team building activities.

On Day 1, they chose The Hunted: an outdoor challenge combining physical and mental tasks set within the venue's beautiful woodland surroundings. Teams worked together to overcome a variety of challenges while enjoying some fresh air and friendly competition. 🏃🌲

Day 2 brought the action indoors with our CSI Challenge, where observation, deduction and teamwork were put to the test as participants worked to solve the case. 🔍🕵️

The result? Plenty of productive conversations, lots of smiles, and two memorable experiences that complemented the meeting perfectly.

🐐🧘‍♀️ GOAT YOGA 🧘‍♂️🐐
Yoga… but with goats. Yes, really. 😂

We recently held a Goat Yoga session for some clients as part of a multi activity day at Hartham Park , where it provided the perfect relaxation session (with plenty of laughs along the way!)

So what is Goat Yoga?

Goat Yoga combines gentle yoga with friendly, free-roaming goats who wander around participants during the session. They might:
🐐 Climb onto your back
🐐 Cuddle up beside you
🐐 Wander around being adorable
🐐 Unexpectedly steal the spotlight!

The whole idea is to create a relaxed, playful atmosphere rather than a super serious yoga class.

🐐 Some Goat Yoga Facts:

• Goat Yoga became popular in the US around 2015 before spreading worldwide 🌍

• Goats naturally enjoy elevated surfaces, which is why they sometimes climb onto participants during poses 😂

• No two classes are ever the same because the goats all have individual personalities and decide how involved they want to be!

• It’s completely beginner friendly. Most people come for the experience, laughter, and relaxation rather than advanced yoga 🧘

• Sessions are usually held outdoors to create a calming, nature focused experience 🌿

💚 Animal welfare is always a priority: The goats are never forced to interact and are free to roam, rest, and play throughout the session.

Our ACF Events team will be supporting match days at Park, helping deliver a smooth and safe experience for everyone attending. From security and parking, to arrival ticketing and crowd management.

American Football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK right now, and the Bristol Aztecs are a huge part of that momentum, putting in some fantastic performances this season! 💪

We’re proud to be working alongside them and supporting their continued success both on and off the field.
