The Redgrave Theatre

The Redgrave Theatre One of Bristol’s leading theatres showcasing a variety of family shows, comedy, and live music.

The Redgrave is a 323 seat procenium arch theatre owned by Clifton College. It was built in the 60's and was orginally known as the Clifton College theatre, it was renamed 'The Redgrave' after the actor Sir Michael Redgrave an ex-pupil of the College. The theatre is still used for college plays and events but is also hired out to both local theatre groups and touring theatre companies. The theatre also plays host to stand-up comedy, live music and dance events.

🎭️ The countdown to panto season is on! 💫

We are so excited to be putting on our first in-house pantomime at the Redgrave Theatre, and after recently announcing our fantastic cast, we thought it was about time you got to know the stars of Dick Whittington a little better...

First up is Oscar Conde who is playing Tommy the Cat! 😺

Oscar trained right here in Bristol at the SGS College WISE Campus then went on to Chichester University where he studied Musical Theatre.

He has been acting since he was eight years old, with credits as a vocalist and performer at Universal Studios Japan and Soho Seasons, as well as performing aboard P&O Arvia and Cunard’s Queen Victoria.

We caught up with Oscar to hear all about his journey into performing, his favourite theatre show, and his top spot in Bristol! 🌉
