An evening of indulgence, elegance, and extraordinary flavourโฆ
We stepped into a world of refinement with a six-course fine dining experience that danced in harmony with The Glenrothes collection โ the 15, 18, and 25 Year Old expressionsโฆ and a surprise pour of the elusive 32 Year Old whisky.
From the very first bite โ White Park tartare cornetto with goatโs curd & fermented honey croustade โ to the final flourish of Yorkshire rhubarb, white chocolate & hazelnut butter macaron, each course was paired to perfection.
Whispers of wild garlic and nettle emulsion met the smooth warmth of The Glenrothes 15.
The Glenrothes 18 shone alongside Halibut mi-cuit with verjus & preserved grape, and later, Dry-aged Peking duck with kimchi potato terrine & hoisin jus.
Then came the star of the night โ The Glenrothes 25, paired with a dessert that was nothing short of art.
All complemented by two bespoke Glenrothes cocktails and a room filled with good company, golden drams, and candlelit charm.
