Wow. Such an emotional roller coaster whenever firing since my latest piece ‘The Mermaid’ blew up on her firing. Creating something even larger again was nerve racking and felt 50/50 as to whether she was gonna make it. But she did! And as much as I loved what the mermaids ended up turning into, going down the route of experimenting with the kintsugi style. My oh my am I happy to see this piece in her entirety.
