**A little guidance for anyone supporting El Rincon ❤️**

If you're planning to submit a representation to the Council, it can be really helpful if your comments relate to the licensing objectives they must consider.

Please write in your own words and, if relevant, mention your personal experiences of El Rincon in relation to:

🔹 **Prevention of Crime and Disorder**
Have you found El Rincon to be a well-managed venue? Have you ever witnessed crime, disorder or anti-social behaviour? How do staff deal with situations?

🔹 **Public Safety**
Have you always felt safe at El Rincon? Is the venue responsibly run? Do staff look after customers and maintain a safe environment?

🔹 **Prevention of Public Nuisance**
Have you found that customers leave respectfully? Have you experienced excessive noise or disturbance from the venue, or has it always been considerate of its neighbours?

The strongest representations are those based on your own genuine experiences. There is no need to comment on anything you haven't personally seen—simply explain why you value El Rincon and how it has been a positive part of your life or the local community.

**Important Update for the El Rincon Community**

Many of you may have heard that El Rincon is currently facing a premises licence review.

No decision has been made, and the process is still ongoing. However, the outcome could have a significant impact on the future of the venue.

For over 20 years, El Rincon has been a home for live music, local events, football supporters, fundraisers, celebrations, and countless friendships. We know that many people have their own stories and experiences of what this venue means to them.

Over the coming weeks, we may ask customers, musicians, local residents, community groups and supporters to share their experiences and views as part of the review process.

For now, we simply wanted to keep our amigos and community informed and thank everyone for their continued support. Your kind words, messages and encouragement mean a great deal to me
