Join us for a weekend celebrating local creativity on 10 & 11 September 2022. The South Bristol Arts Trail is a free event, open to everyone, and is family friendly. This year, the Trail will be taking place on 10 & 11 September in venues across Southville, Bedminster and Ashton. Approximately 120 local artists will be exhibiting in around 40 venues across BS3. Artists will be opening their homes

and studio spaces to you, as well as exhibiting in Community Venues from schools and shops to cafes and community centres. Come along to meet artists and makers, creatives from our local area and those who love to add a little sparkle to our community.

3 of our local schools are taking part in the Arts Trail this year!🎨🙌🏽
Be sure to add them to your plan for the day to see the colourful creations some of our local students have been working on recently. You'll be able to find:

📍Ashton Gate Primary
Ashton Gate pupils will be celebrating the school's 150th anniversary with two collaborative artwork trees, symbolising growth, development, and the journey of learning over time.

📍Southville Primary
Pupils have been using the theme of geometric shapes and pattern to embellish lettering that will adorn the school fence. Each year group has been given an artist to inspire their given letters! The artworks will be displayed outside on the railings along Merrywood Road.

📍Holy Cross Primary
Join the team at Holy Cross for arts & craft activities alongside colourful displays of children’s artwork, as well as work from some A Level art students.

🌻Riverside Garden Centre & Cafe Bristol is one of our fabulous sponsors again this year.🙏🏼
Established in 1987, Riverside is run as a social enterprise, and their selection of plants and knowledgeable staff are just superb.👌🏽🌿

"For Riverside, having gorgeous work from local artists brings a magical atmosphere to our garden centre, and we love being part of the buzz it brings to the community. It is especially inspiring to see how our local artists capture botanical beauty – a love we share!"🌷🌼

A big thank you to the team at Riverside, especially Abi, for supporting the Trail once again this year. 📍Find Riverside on the Trail this year, Venue 1 with 9 exhibiting creatives 🎨
