Last year I left Prop making to get a proper, grown up, full time job... It was awful. I met some great people (some not so great) and worked with some fantastic kids, but even though I knew I was diving back into uncertain territory I quit the financial security, back into uncertain waters. I'm 40 in a few months and still don't know what the future in my career holds, but I'll take that over getting up at 5.30 in the morning and having some one breathing down my neck all day.

Had fun playing with Cardboard recently. Nice to have a material that is plentiful and cheap to play with. Made these as an example of what can be created using simple, otherwise discarded materials, to show students at Cheltenham college, and to give them some ideas to create props and accessories alongside their already amazing creations. Thanks for the opportunity.

Some process pics of the Squirrels we built , super team effort on this job with the amount that had to be done on each squirrel x14. But went super smoothly in the end, and I'm officially signed off on my 7 times table now.... So much counting.

Big ole Squirrel puppet making job completed last month . Had a lot of fun making these critters. Think we all went a lil Nuts by the end of it.

Sculpted and did the hair work on this Werewolf head last year. Molded, cast an painted by the fantastic . More jobs like this please! Fantastic team once again

Anyone every tried casting and molding a pinecone? In clear resin? Yeah don't. Even thinking that I'd filled in undercuts etc. Getting the original pinecone out 🤪👎 then getting this out of the mold 🥵🤪🤬👎. Well atleast I know I can just about get it it out.... Minus those pesky bits of silicone 😂😂😂 didn't need them anyway!

Oh look not only was my Prop helmet I made for Dr Who in TV times, but it's also on the wiki page for the episode! More work like this please.
