Mini Potters Bristol I specialise in creating unique clay imprints and taking baby prints onto pottery, turning these special moments into lasting keepsakes.

Whether your’re looking for a personalised gift, a special memory each piece is crafted with care. Mini Potters is a new paint-it-yourself pottery shed, where adults and kids can come down and create beautiful keepsakes or special gifts for any occasion – be it bespoke pottery pieces or clay imprints. Staff are on hand to help capture little-one’s hand and footprints and we also offer hand painted writing and decorations for that personal touch. We provide the pre-fired pottery, paint, and advice in a clean, cosy, and relaxing environment. Your creations are then dipped in glaze and fired in our kiln for a hard-wearing, professional finish. It’s fun and it’s easy for both children and adults. Either pop in and see us, book an appointment and we’ll be happy to chat about what you’re looking to create. We’re also a great place for parties!

Did you know I can take these ceramic impressions for babies as tiny as 2 weeks old? They truly grow in the blink of an eye, and there is nothing sweeter than freezing those precious early moments in time forever. ❤️. What a keepsake 😊.

Framing is officially my least favorite job! 🤣🫣

Putting these beautiful ceramic handprints and footprints into their wooden shadow boxes is a major test of patience. Because it’s all done manually, I’m constantly taking screws out, wiping down, and putting them back in, trying to reduce any specks of wood flakes and dust means repeating the process quite a few times!

I can’t use a drill as it can split the wood! Screwdriver all the way with the wooden frames 😅.

It’s tedious work, but keeping Flynn and Romy’s sweet 14-month milestones perfectly preserved makes every single screw worth it. ❤️

The perfect gift for the people who love them most. ❤️

If you are looking for a deeply personal, one-of-a-kind gift for grandparents, a partner, or a self-care keepsake for your own nursery, this is it.

Here is little Freddie’s 6-week print, beautifully finished with a subtle blue wash and set in a clean, modern white shadow box frame. Ready to hang up and be cherished for decades.

A few imprints going back in the kiln. As much as you hope that all the imprints will come out perfectly like other pottery lots of things can go wrong! Even though these prints are probably fine you my customer my trained eye can see any imperfections and I have to battle with homemade items that people have paid for to the risks of making home made products and what defects can come with this as a homemade product…still I think my imprints are pretty lovely and i try my hardest to make everyone’s as lovely as possible ❤️
