We’re running a one-off Carnival Dance class next week, with the chance the perform at Bristol Harbour Festival 🎉

Get ready to shake, whine and bring the energy with our gal Hannah, in this vibrant class inspired by the spirit of Carnival 🎊 Packed with infectious rhythms, powerful movements and feel good vibes ☀️

This is an open class for anyone wanting a bit of a boogie over the Summer break.

We’ll learn a 60 second Carnival flavoured routine that we’ll then take the stage at Bristol Harbour Festival on Sat 18 July*!

The final Fri LC ❤️

The place where it all started, with many of the faces with whom it all started 🥹

I’ve loved this class so much over the years. The dancing and the post-lashing. It was the real Phase 1 AE Dance.

And as I sit here now elevating the torn calf, resting the 34 week bump and icing the newly developed neck crick (this is getting silly now), I do think “okay, it is time”.

Not that my body’s too old or broken for it anymore. Christ no. I’m young and gorgeous. But maybe the world is saying, “okay let’s go into Phase 2 now”. As joyful, busy and silly as Phase 1. But with a whole lot more experience, wisdom and wonderful souls to continue the journey with!

LET THE ROWDINESS LIVE ON. I am going to stay sit here for a little longer though first 👍🏽

Thank you making the final Fri LC such a giggle everyone. And, actually, for all the giggles along the way too 🗺️

Introducing our Voulez Groove Charities 🎗️

3 fundraising movements, very, very close to our dancers hearts 🫶

We’ll be raising money for these 3 causes through our big Voulez Groove raffle next weekend (19 and 20 June).

Keep your eyes open for details on how to get raffle tickets 🎟️

The prizes this year are next level epic (from a custom made Voulez Groove cake, to 2x free tickets to !). And if there are any local Bristol businesses who’d like to chuck in a prize, we’d love to hear from you! Please get in touch!
